Is it too much to ask that the Conservative Party of Canada be held to the same standard as other political parties? Is it too much to ask that the Conservative Party of Canada be held to the same standard they hold their rival parties to? For the Conservative Party the answer is clearly yes, it is too much to ask. The Conservatives are refusing to release their phone records related to telemarketing during the last election while demanding that the Liberals do the opposite. Ridiculous.
Stephen Harper's parliamentary secretary and official party dough boy Dean Del Mastro justified his party's position; "No, because obviously our party is not behind the calls. We know that." Really? Dean? that's your best rebuttal? That your party is incorruptible? No one in their right mind would buy that bullshit. oh wait....
